I've been offered a job and need to relocate to Poole for my training. What help am I given when looking for accommodation?

When we have confirmed your offer, we send you as much information as possible to help you find somewhere to live. We can also put you in touch with other new starters, so that you can discuss sharing accommodation with them if that's of interest.

Whilst we do not provide a financial relocation package, we are always on hand to offer advice and assistance in any way we can.

Which office location will I be working in?

Each vacancy has a specific location associated with it, so you select your chosen office when you apply.

All graduates spend their first 12 months in Poole. After this, consultants either remain in Poole or relocate to one of our other offices, depending on the vacancy selected. 

I don't know anyone in the area, what is the social life like at Dorset Software?

Our employees experience an active social life and are often found playing sports together, enjoying a book or film club, or in the local pubs on a Friday night. We also arrange whole company social events once or twice each year.

Other social events such as camping, pub quizzes and nights out are frequently arranged by individuals at the company. Almost all our graduates are new to the area, meaning everyone is keen to socialise and make friends quickly.
